🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on developing and executing marketing strategies within the (crypto, Web3) space. • Deep understanding of the ecosystem dynamics, including key stakeholders, trends, challenges, and opportunities. • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to identify opportunities, formulate effective strategies, and drive results in a complex and rapidly evolving ecosystem. • Excellence in campaign strategy and execution. Strong creative direction and storytelling abilities. • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners, developers, KOLs, and other ecosystem stakeholders. • Creative thinking and innovative mindset, with the ability to oversee the brands presence across channels ensuring verbal and visual identity is consistent.
