• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with the unique needs of the crypto and blockchain industry. • Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure the company’s talent needs are met in this fast-paced, innovative sector. • Utilize advanced recruitment technologies and methodologies to enhance the recruitment process, specifically tailored to attract top talent in blockchain and cryptocurrency. • Set departmental goals and metrics to measure the success of recruitment strategies. • Innovate and implement best practices in recruitment to attract top crypto and blockchain talent. • Continuously refine and optimize existing recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. • Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and implement strategies that reduce time-to-fill for open positions. • Monitor key recruitment metrics and analytics, providing detailed reports and insights to senior leadership to drive data-informed decisions. • Work closely with other Talent Acquisition team members and other departments, like HR & Finance, to ensure alignment with broader company objectives in the crypto space. • Analyze recruitment data and trends to proactively address challenges and identify opportunities for improvement. • Mentor and guide the recruitment team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. • Manage and lead a team of recruitment professionals, providing clear direction, support, and growth opportunities. • Oversee the professional development of team members, creating and implementing individualized growth plans to ensure their success. • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the recruitment process. • Represent the company at industry-specific recruitment events, enhancing the organization's employer brand and building strong relationships with potential candidates and recruitment partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the crypto or tech industry. • Specialized expertise in workforce planning, recruitment technology, or a specific recruitment domain related to crypto and blockchain. • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies in the crypto or tech industry. • Strong goal-setting and strategic planning skills. • Ability to innovate and implement advanced recruitment methodologies. • In-depth knowledge of current recruitment practices and trends in the crypto industry. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems like Lever. • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. • Demonstrated experience in managing and developing a team, with a focus on performance management and professional growth.
