🎯 Requirements
• MUST have a passion for AND professional experience recruiting within blockchain / web3 space • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in full-lifecycle recruiting; prior tech startup experience is ideal. • Excellent organizational skills and time management. • Exceptional work ethic and highly coachable. • Familiar with Lever or a comparable applicant tracking system. • Strong planning and operational skills.
