• Working with the Country Manager and Regional Lead to develop business strategies in alignment with team and company priorities. • Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of the business to ensure smooth operation across functions such as marketing, customer support, legal and compliance. • Develop, implement and maintain operational processes in line with the business plan and strategy. • Define a vision for the local business, set and manage team goals. • Be able to understand and interpret data and use it to set business priorities. • Maintaining a strong team culture of trust, accountability, and commitment to impact. • Ability to execute cross-functional work and coordinate multiple projects at the same time. • Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organisation optimise costs and benefits. • Identify and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts; making adjustments as necessary to ensure goals are met • Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement.

Requirements

• Be hands-on, execution-oriented, willing, and able to drive the progress of existing projects as well as plan the delivery of new activities. • Strong project management skills and a history of delivering on objectives. • A track record of developing and implementing effective processes. • A proven ability to work between cross-functional teams, including a self starter mentality when it comes to picking up new concepts. • Strong leadership and people management skills. • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience • Proven ability to work within and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Self-motivated, critical thinker and adept at working independently and in a dispersed team environment covering multiple and varied tasks. • Intuitive, highly ethical and comfortable to question and challenge. • Strong communication and presentation skills in English, both verbal and written.
