Description

• Olo is a leading SaaS platform accelerating digital transformation in the restaurant industry, helping customers deliver personalized guest experiences. • Reporting to the Engineering Director, the Engineering Manager will lead a team in identifying security threats across the product stack. • The role focuses on collaboration with product, operations, and infrastructure teams for a comprehensive security posture. • Responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, prioritizing immediate and long-term solutions for security and stability. • Work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or at Olo's headquarters in NYC.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in an engineering leadership role • Ability to dive deep into different system architecture conversations and decisions • Experience with writing and collaborating on roadmaps, including product features and engineering improvements • Experience with managing highly technical teams • Experience with hiring and growing individuals on your team • Experience with driving your team to deliver on roadmap consistently • Experience with communicating with multiple stakeholders • Experience with performance management and driving your team to deliver on the roadmap • Experience with managing remote teams • Empathy and concern for team and individual outcomes
