• OM1 is on a mission to improve health outcomes by unlocking the power of data. • We are a healthcare data and technology company focused on real world clinical data and outcomes. • Our interdisciplinary team uses expertise in medicine, software, Big Data, machine learning, public health and mathematics to transform records into enriched, research grade data. • We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Data Scientist to join our team. • The role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying state-of-the-art AI solutions tailored for the healthcare sector.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, etc) with at least 5 years of relevant experience; OR • Ph.D. in a related discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience. • Strong background in deep learning, machine learning, natural language processing • Hands-on experience coding in Python and proficiency in packages such as pytorch, tensorflow, langchain, llama-index, scikit-learn, numpy, scipy, pandas, matplotlib etc. • Experience working with large datasets using SQL • Familiarity with both open-source and proprietary generative AI models (e.g., prompt engineering, fine tuning, retrieval-augmented generation).
