• Assist in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, webinars, and workshops to generate leads and strengthen prospect and customer relationships • Manage the marketing calendar and project timelines, ensuring timely execution of content delivery and campaigns • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential target segments for Omatic’s products • Assist in creating compelling marketing materials, including presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and other collateral • Create designed assets for content, emails, and social media using templates in Canva • Project manage marketing collateral projects with freelance designers or agencies • Manage marketing list segmentation and database hygiene within Hubspot and Salesforce • Act as primary administrator to manage operations of campaigns within Hubspot • Work cross-functionally with team leads to build integrated digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, leads, sales pipeline and ROI • Set up and launch email marketing campaigns, paid advertising campaigns, event and webinar promotion • Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of campaigns • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes
• 1-2 years of B2B marketing experience • Previous experience with planning and execution of digital campaigns • Google Analytics, Wordpress, Hubspot, Salesforce, Canva, paid media campaign experience is a plus • Nonprofit industry knowledge is preferred • Bachelor’s Degree required
