📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • We are seeking a highly motivated Virtual Reality Project Manager to lead our team in the successful execution of VR projects. • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a good understanding of virtual reality technologies, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of virtual reality projects, from initial concept to final delivery. • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project milestones. • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, artists, and QA testers to ensure project success. • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring alignment with project goals. • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets. • Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the project team.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. • PMP certification is a plus • 4+ years Proven experience managing virtual reality( VR/XR/MR) projects , with a strong portfolio of successful project deliveries. • In-depth knowledge of virtual reality technologies, platforms, and development tools. • Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively under pressure. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. • Passion for immersive technologies and a creative approach to problem-solving and future of VR. • Ensure all activities adhere to best practices for virtual reality protocols and methodologies • Knowledge of programming and 3D modeling • Knowledge of virtual reality protocols and methodologies • Familiarity with project management software such as Jira, Trello, or Mural, Substance 3D; Unity, Visual Studios C#, Adobe Creative, Oculus, Meta technologies, Blender, SCRUM Framework, Microsoft Suite, Blender
