Requirements

• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in marketing operations in a B2B environment. Proven expertise with CRM systems (Salesforce required), marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Expertise in management of data and warehousing / organizing for efficiency (in Google Drive or similar) is preferred. • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tools and omnichannel strategies. Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance best practices. • Marketing Support: Past experience with event sponsorships, contracting, and activations a big plus. Design acumen (Adobe) is a bonus. • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to turn data into actionable insights, with a track record of driving measurable improvements in marketing performance. • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and influence stakeholders. • Growth Mindset: A proactive learner who stays ahead of industry trends and continuously seeks to improve processes.
