• Experience: You have a strong background in B2B lead generation, ideally in renewable energy or tech, with 5-8 years of relevant experience • Track Record: Proven success in creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive leads and grow revenue while adhering to budgets and meeting desired outcomes. • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to draw insights from data and make informed decisions. • CRM and Marketing Automation: You’re experienced with CRM systems and marketing automation tools, leveraging them to influence the market. Salesforce experience required; HubSpot and ABM tools a big plus. • Key Lead Generation Strategies: Breadth of expertise across B2B lead generation strategies, including LinkedIn & Meta advertising, Google ads, email campaigns, event sponsorships, and ABM. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and persuasively. • Growth mindset: You desire to be recognized as a leader in your space, with aspirations for future leadership and management
• Full base salary range $108,800 - $147,200 • Midpoint: $128,000 • Comprehensive Benefits: We've got you covered with 100% of health insurance monthly premiums for employees, and 50% for dependents. • Performance Bonus: Up to 15%, because exceptional work deserves exceptional rewards.
