Description

• The IT Automation Analyst is responsible for monitoring, supporting, and enhancing automated processes • Implement workflows using the ActiveBatch enterprise workload automation platform • Monitor and troubleshoot EDI processes • Monitor, troubleshoot and approve automated IT processes • Perform analysis on existing automations and related business processes to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience • Work experience with an SDLC to development and deploy system changes • Experience supporting production IT systems • Experience updating technical documentation • Experience troubleshooting data related and technical integration issues • Experience working with cross-functional teams and remote teams
