Description
• Assist in the management and maintenance of public and private cloud-based applications. • Support on-premises systems, including servers, networks, and storage solutions. • Monitor system performance and ensure the reliability and availability of IT services. • Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups. • Troubleshoot and resolve authentication, performance, hardware, software, and network issues. • Collaborate with senior administrators and other IT staff to implement new technologies and improve existing systems. • Document system configurations, procedures, and policies.
Requirements
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). • Familiarity with on-premises systems and network administration. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. • Driven to learn and adapt to new technologies.
