• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand desired outcomes. • Convert features into user stories with requirements and acceptance criteria. • Act as Subject Matter Expert and manage team backlog. • Ensure timely delivery in Agile sprints.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and demonstrable work experience. • 5+ years of experience using Agile methodologies related to Product Owner role • Experience with SFDC CRM, SFDC Communities and Marketing Cloud preferred • Familiar with Software Development technologies and platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc. • Experience in global cross-functional groups that include QA, marketing, development and various stakeholders • Proficiency and fluency in the English language
