Description

• You will be a subject matter expert on French and other European payroll and will have experience: • End to end payroll processing in house. • Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll for international employees, payroll system approvals, timely payments, and ensuring payroll compliance with all local, regional, and international regulations and standards. • Stay up to date with changes in payroll laws and regulations and implement necessary updates to processes and systems. • Manage internal and external payroll inquiries clearly in terms a non-payroll expert can understand, providing guidance and support to other departments and clients regarding payroll-related issues.

Requirements

• You have at least 5 years French payroll experience, bureau payroll experience is preferred (EOR and/or PEO experience is advantageous). • Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll operations. • In-depth knowledge of international payroll laws, regulations, and best practices. • Proficiency with payroll software and systems • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
