Requirements

• Proven experience working in a UX role within a startup or agency environment • Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and user-centered design processes • Confident grasp of great e-commerce UX • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent software • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methods • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions • Experience in aligning teams to a solution, ability to control presentations and meetings, ensuring decisions are made and outputs clearly captured • Must be a self-starter, able to manage their own time and workload • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic knowledge of front-end development

Benefits
