Description

• One Medical is seeking a full time Licensed Clinical Psychologist for virtual behavioral health. • Manage assessment and treatment of psychiatric concerns through brief interventions delivered virtually. • Conduct psychiatric evaluations for short term disability certification. • Collaborate with Behavioral Health Providers to improve skills across the network.

Requirements

• Must be either a licensed Clinical Psychologist PhD, PsyD or EdD in Psychology • Licensed to independently practice with no current supervision requirements • Must have an active license in Washington • For PhD/PsyD/EdD Candidates: 1 year post licensure with specific experience in adult outpatient diagnostic evaluation and psychotherapy • Experience providing a range of brief, goal directed and focused clinical services • Has exceptional capacity to multitask, is flexible, and is comfortable with ambiguity • Has strong communication and teaching skills • Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including 80% direct patient care and 20% administrative time • Eligible to be credentialed with our Health System Partner • Fluency in English • Strong preference for fluency in Chinese or Spanish • Reside within the USA or US Territories • Virtual psychotherapy experience (preferred)
