Description

• The Account Executive is responsible for promoting and selling assigned Pearl Insurance coverage(s) to potential clients over the phone and through email, mail, and fax. • Handles servicing clients during their first year of policy coverage with Pearl. • Prioritize sales leads from various sources and document sales activities in the CRM system. • Build and maintain customer relationships by responding to various questions, needs, and requests.

Requirements

• Associate degree in business management, marketing, or a related field. • 2+ years of previous sales and/or customer service experience, preferably within the insurance industry. • Property and Casualty insurance license required (or the ability to obtain). • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interface effectively at all levels within an organization. • Regular use of a personal computer including ability to use various software and systems.
