📋 Description
• Serve as primary contact for customers, agents and clients in the US and Canada • Talk with customers by phone and/or web • Follow-up to ensure accuracy of information • Assist customers with problem resolution • Maintain security and confidentiality of information
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required • Must have at least six months of customer service-related experience • Must be fluent in English and French (speaking, spelling, and grammar)
