Description

• Provides direction and assists in developing models/tools that will be used across the company • Debug, test, and maintain new and existing models • Provides both conceptual and technical training to users/answers on new models/developments • Convert advanced Excel models into interactive web applications using modern frameworks and technologies • Actively seek out ways to improve processes, reduce risk, increase productivity and lower costs

Requirements

• Relevant health and benefits consulting and/or health plan/insurance company experience is a must • Expert in Excel/VBA best practices to create Macros with code that is easy to understand, transferable and easy to maintain • Experience working with visualizing tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Domo • Proficiency in data visualization and scripting/programming languages (SQL, R, Python, HTML, Java, etc) • Comfortable working with complex/big data sets • Self-motivated, Well-organized high achiever with the ability to handle several projects/tasks simultaneously • Fast learner with strong problem solving and quantitative skillset • Critical thinker with ability to see the big picture • Dedicated work ethic with a commitment to client service excellence • 4+ years of relevant work experience
