• Oversee client relationships while executing and optimizing SEO strategies. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional support and strategic guidance. • Create and implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to clients’ goals. • Lead SEO initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and effective collaboration across teams. • Utilize tools to monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance. • Conduct technical SEO audits and implement recommendations. • Collaborate with content teams to develop SEO-driven content strategies. • Develop and execute ethical link building strategies. • Perform regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities. • Create and present comprehensive SEO reports. • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the agency’s SEO knowledge base. • Continuously optimize SEO strategies based on performance data. • Stay updated and learn to use AI-powered SEO tools. • Understand clients’ business models and recommend appropriate marketing tactics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in an agency or client-facing role • Proven track record of improving organic search visibility and driving results for clients • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and Google Analytics • Excellent project management abilities, capable of juggling multiple client accounts and deadlines • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Up-to-date knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and industry trends • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS understanding • Willingness to learn and adapt to new AI-powered SEO tools and technologies • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand various business models and align SEO strategies accordingly • Strong Marketing ops skills with proficiency in HubSpot • Experience with local SEO and e-commerce SEO strategies • Familiarity with paid search (PPC) and its interaction with organic search • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications • Experience with or enthusiasm for learning AI-powered SEO tools
