Description

• As a Senior QA at OneSeven, you will be an integral part of our growing QA team, testing web and mobile apps simultaneously through both manual and automated testing. • You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches, documenting them in our ticketing system ClickUp, setting up test automations for web and mobile apps. • Develop/write and execute test cases, track bugs, execute scripts, plans, and procedures for mobile apps (manual and automated). • Research and find AI tools that can help QA team do the job faster and better. • Collaborate with the project team to understand product changes and QA testing requirements to deal with issues/defects in a timely manner. • Participate in all aspects of testing, including functional, unit and integration testing. • Work closely with the development team to ensure that all aspects of the system have proper testing coverage and overall system reliability, performance, and quality. • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for mobile applications. • Collaborate with product teams and project managers to define and prioritize test scenarios. • Document automated processes comprehensively, covering test plans, test procedures, and test cases. • Analyze test results and identify areas of improvement.

Requirements

• Intermediate English level (important) • 4+ years of experience working in QA positions • Experience with test automation platforms, systems, and tools (Playwright preferred, Cypress, Postman) • Experience with mobile testing tools Appium • Experience with JavaScript frameworks for writing unit and integration tests Jest, Mocha • Experience with DevOps tools Github Actions • Experience with source control systems GitHub • Experience with automation mobile API testing • Strong mentoring skills and leadership skills • Ability to quickly adapt, learn, and solve problems • Team player, willing to jump outside of their role to help the greater team. • Ability to research as you work • Ability to be accountable for your own time in a fully remote environment • The desire to contribute to a growing, dynamic team and help shape process, practice, and operations • You will need to provide your own workspace with reliable Internet service • Agile + Scrum Methodology knowledge • You are passionate about the startup environment and eager to learn. • You have a keen eye for detail and excel in documentation. • You are highly organized and proficient in task management. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Benefits

• Fully Remote Position • Contract-based employment • Starting at $2,500 - $3,500 depending on qualifications and experience • Paid Vacation Time and Sick Days. • Fixed working hours 9am-5pm EST time. • Monday-Friday • Active international young team of 20+ individuals
