• Who We Are • Ontic makes software that corporate and government security professionals use to proactively manage threats, mitigate risks, and make businesses stronger. • Built by security and software professionals, the Ontic Platform connects and unifies critical data, business processes, and collaborators in one place, consolidating security intelligence and operations. • We call this Connected Intelligence. • Ontic serves corporate security teams across key functions, including intelligence, investigations, GSOC, executive protection, and security operations. • As Ontic employees, we put our mission first and value the trust bestowed upon us by our clients to help keep their people safe. • We approach our clients and each other with empathy while focusing on the execution of our strategy. • And we have fun doing it. • Who You Are • The Enterprise Field Marketing Manager will lead the execution of targeted, account-based marketing (ABM) programs and events that support sales efforts, generate leads, and drive pipeline growth for their region. • This role will focus on building strong partnerships with sales and marketing teams to execute personalized, account-based marketing strategies that meet the needs of their region. • A successful candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, execution skills, and a data-driven approach to delivering marketing programs that generate results. • This role will report to the Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager.
• 2-4 years of experience in field marketing, campaign marketing, or event marketing within the B2B tech or enterprise software space • Expertise in planning and executing both in-person and virtual events, leveraging various marketing channels to drive engagement and attendance • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, the buyer’s journey, and a proven track record of partnering with sales to achieve pipeline targets • Experience with ABM platforms like Demandbase, 6sense, or Terminus for audience segmentation and account-level engagement measurement, along with proficiency in Marketo (or other comparable MAP/ESP) and Salesforce • Data-driven with the ability to analyze marketing performance and adapt strategies based on insights and feedback • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, fast-paced environments • Proven ability to apply creativity and passion to marketing programs and projects, with strong attention to detail, follow-up, budgeting, and time management skills • Ability to manage contractors and collaborate effectively with all levels across the organization, as well as with clients and prospects • Willingness to travel up to 20%, based on business needs
