📋 Description
• Provide technical support for internal applications, troubleshooting issues, and answering user questions. • Serve as an escalation point for help desk inquiries, providing advanced technical assistance as needed. • Assist in implementing new software applications, including testing, training, and ongoing support. • Develop and implement automated processes to streamline IT requests / processes. • Continuously improve knowledge and skills through ongoing learning and development. • Participate with other Security & IT Operations projects or tasks as needed.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in IT Systems Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer or a similar role. • 3+ years of experience providing Technical Support • Strong knowledge of various software applications and operating systems. • Experience with SSO solutions (e.g., Entra) and identity management principles • Experience implementing and maintaining secure standard configurations using MDM tools (e.g., JAMF, InTune). • Experience with platform migration and application implementation projects. • Proficiency in scripting language preferred e.g. Bash, Powershell, SQL, etc. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional and multi-national teams. • Relevant certifications such as Jamf 200 Certified Tech, Jamf 300 Certified Admin, Microsoft AZ-104, SC-300, MD-102, etc. are highly desirable.
