• Provide highly visible customer support through installation and troubleshooting • Approve operation quality of system equipment • Instruct customers in operation and maintenance of the system • Serve as company liaison on administrative and technical matters • Interpret customers’ needs for problem resolution
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in Semiconductor industry • Full understanding of industry practices and company policies • Problem-solving with diverse scope and identifiable factors • Good judgment in selecting methods and techniques • Interact with senior internal and external personnel • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Good interpersonal skills and teamwork • Excellent project and time management skills • Travel will be required to support other sites
