• Oversee high-caliber Strategic Accounts team, driving them to surpass business goals through innovative solutions, key relationship development, and exemplary leadership. • Forge and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for national accounts. • Lead and inspire a team of 6-8 Strategic Account Managers & Major Account Managers. • Establish monthly and quarterly sales targets, conducting team reviews to assess progress. • Showcase OpenEye's software solutions to key stakeholders. • Champion the CRM process to streamline business management. • Directly manage and grow relationships with principal distribution accounts. • Provide accurate sales forecasts, contributing to the company’s strategic planning. • Craft and implement policies and procedures enhancing sales organization efficiency. • Lead and coordinate participation in key industry trade shows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • 8+ years of sales experience, with a focus on strategic or national accounts. • Minimum of 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role within a sales environment. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on persuasive and clear presentation abilities. • Proven expertise in territory and strategic account management. • Proficient in the use of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). • Willingness to travel extensively, up to 60% of the time, including weekends when necessary. • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, fostering a team-oriented environment. • Strong analytical skills, with experience creating detailed reporting and forecasting.
