You will build a strategic roadmap to achieve key results and work closely with teammates and stakeholders to execute that plan.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of Product Management experience specifically within the P&C insurance industry; 6–10+ years preferred. • Professional experience in Personal Lines insurance, particularly homeowners, with deep knowledge of insurance product management, regulatory environments, and how to apply that expertise to strategy and prioritization. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey clear, concise, and consistent messages across a wide range of stakeholders. • Demonstrated success in leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. • Proven ability to translate high-level company strategy into a cohesive product vision, actionable requirements, and a roadmap that aligns with broader business objectives. • Strong analytical skills; experienced in using data, stakeholder input, and market insights to prioritize initiatives quickly and effectively. • A customer-first mindset with a passion for understanding user needs and delivering products that drive satisfaction and value. • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, adapting to new information, and turning uncertainty into clear, executable plans. • Consistent track record of meeting milestones while balancing competing priorities and adhering to established metrics and constraints. • Experience driving positive business outcomes through effective collaboration in cross-functional teams, particularly within technology or software product environments.
