• OpenPhone is changing business phone software to communicate better and be more productive. • Senior Backend Engineer drives initiatives to manage and derive insights from customer data. • Contribute to evolving customer contacts, enriching customer data, and optimizing organizational views and conversations. • Majority of time spent coding, architecting, leading projects, and providing guidance.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience with Typescript, or experience with object-oriented languages such as Java or C# and Javascript/Node. • Strong experience with observability tools, including metrics, structured logging and distributed tracing • You take ownership of your work and understand the importance of communication.
