📋 Description
• Develop frontend and backend features and improvements for OpenProject. • Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance. • Fix prioritized bugs in bug backlog. • Solve challenging technical problems of high complexity. • Propose and implement solutions to technical debt.
🎯 Requirements
• Several years of prior experience building frontend and backend elements of web applications. • Solid understanding of core web and browser concepts, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Ruby-on-Rails, and Angular. • Effective communication skills to achieve consensus with peers. • Experience owning a project from concept to production, including proposal and execution. • Passionate about open source software development. • Proficient in English, German language skills are a plus.
