Description

• Client relationship management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients. • Technical consulting: Serve as the primary technical consultant, understanding and addressing customer requirements. • Solution development: Create and implement tailored technical solutions that align with client needs and our product vision. • Client engagement: Regularly engage with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction. • Collaboration: Work closely with the product owner, UX/UI, and development teams to prioritize and develop solutions. • Technical support: Answer technical questions from existing and potential customers. • Retention and growth: Maximize retention and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) from corporate clients. • Ensure custom development aligns with the overall product vision. • Foster strong, long-term partnerships with key clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field, preferably in Computer Science. • Proven experience managing complex IT projects, especially within open-source environments. • High proficiency in English and German; knowledge of French is a plus. • Familiarity with OpenProject and its technological stack (Ruby/Rails, Angular). • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Ability to create demos and support solution implementation. • Dependable and proactive, with a collaborative approach to work.
