β’ 3+ years of experience in B2B IT Sales with a track record of meeting / exceeding the targets β’ Experience with cold calling β’ Proficient in Google Sheet and Doc β’ Experience in using CRM β’ Strong communication skills via phone, email and social media. β’ Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills β’ Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organisation β’ Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies β’ Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills β’ Proficiency in using lead generation tools and software β’ Time management and organisational skills β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team β’ Flexibility and adaptability to change β’ Fluent in English and Spanish β’ Fluent Portuguese is not mandatory, but will be a bonus!
