• 3+ years of experience in B2B IT Sales with a track record of meeting / exceeding the targets • Experience with cold calling • Proficient in Google Sheet and Doc • Experience in using CRM • Strong communication skills via phone, email and social media. • Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organisation • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills • Proficiency in using lead generation tools and software • Time management and organisational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility and adaptability to change • Fluent in English and Spanish • Fluent Portuguese is not mandatory, but will be a bonus!
