β€’ Executing on projects that support the collaborative visioning and development of trusted data exchange for farmers. Activities could include partnership and relationship management, project management for community collaboration or development stages, and facilitating design processes. β€’ Ensuring that the activities and milestones for all projects related to farmer consent-driven data management are clearly defined, can be implemented to yield deliverables in a timely manner, and are in coordination with other relevant OpenTEAM workstreams. β€’ Setting up and maintaining project tracking in management softwares, including Gitlab and Asana. β€’ Facilitating collaborative approaches to scoping and developing interoperable data frameworks, data use agreements, and design specifications. β€’ Maintaining regular check ins with core technical partners to track and maintain development scopes of work. β€’ Supporting grant reporting and budgetary oversight. β€’ Collaborating with other members of the team to establish scopes of work across the community of stakeholders, project documentation, and community updates for a more public-facing audience.

Requirements

β€’ Relevant experience in project management. β€’ Preferred experience managing and reporting on grant-funded projects β€’ Interest and excitement about agricultural research methods and data collection, data management and modeling, human-centered design processes, and agricultural technology β€’ Experience managing technical partners and project scopes, with an emphasis toward development outputs β€’ Experience working toward a shared vision with diverse teams of tech developers, scientists, and nonprofit leaders β€’ Comfort with communicating complex technical or agricultural processes to diverse audiences β€’ Demonstrated passion for food systems change β€’ Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a growing team and develop effective working relationships with people from a variety of backgrounds β€’ Comfort with ambiguity and change in a quickly growing organization β€’ Preferred: People management / team leadership experience β€’ Preferred: Experience coordinating and / or facilitating cross-organization collaborations β€’ Legally able to work in the United States (we cannot provide VISA sponsorship)
