Description
• Lead client-facing discovery sessions • Act as primary engineer on complex projects • Build, update, and maintain comprehensive backlogs • Collaborate with Project Managers to manage communication • Provide thought leadership on client support requests • Map complex business processes and design Salesforce architecture • Take nebulous client problems and break them down • Analyze and mitigate risk • Build A+ features and fixes in Salesforce for clients • Lead teammates to configure Salesforce • Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools • Manage data, including migration, mapping, and cleanup • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues • Provide deep technical knowledge and configuration • Enhance quality of systems and data • Train client staff on Salesforce features • Design comprehensive testing and training plans • Oversee system rollouts • Coach and mentor junior teammates • Define and refine technical best practices • Guide teammates in adopting new technologies • Constantly learn more about the software, nonprofit field, and personal development
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a Nonprofit Salesforce Consultant • 2+ years of experience managing others • Salesforce Admin certification and Nonprofit Cloud certification • Ability and excitement to travel occasionally • Ability and excitement to work in Denver or Brooklyn, or remotely via video conferencing • Salesforce Developer experience is a plus • Scrum certifications (Certified Scrum Master or Certified Product Owner) are a plus
