Description

• OpenX is seeking a talented and experienced Solutions Architect to join our team • Act as both a technical advisor and project manager, working with publishers and supply aggregators • Responsible for the seamless integration of our solutions into their publishing and advertising environments • Deliver world-class service and technical expertise throughout the entire client lifecycle • Lead the deployment, testing, and launch of OpenX products • Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, guiding them through configuration optimizations and platform upgrades • Requires a blend of technical acumen, project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience: At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a technical, client-facing, or operations role requiring strong cross-functional program management • AdTech Experience: A background in AdTech or digital advertising is highly preferred, with a solid understanding of the industry landscape and technologies • Project Management: Strong project management skills with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously • Client-Facing Experience: Proven experience working with external clients in a sales, account management, or technical advisory role • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of common web and mobile technologies, including XML/XSLT, HTML, JavaScript, Flash, SSL, and other internet/networking protocols • Problem-Solving: A self-starter with a passion for innovation and a drive to see ideas through to completion • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work across teams and departments to drive projects to successful completion • Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance • Technical Communication: Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred, though not required
