📋 Description
• We are looking for a Financial Operations Associate to join our growing team! • This role is perfect for someone with strong experience in accounting, contract management, and financial operations who thrives in a fast-paced environment. • You’ll handle key financial tasks, including managing contracts, tracking invoices, reconciling records, and ensuring compliance.
🎯 Requirements
• 7-10 years of experience in contract processing, accounting, or a similar role. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, Microsoft Excel, and other accounting tools. • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail. • Experience in U.S. accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance. • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment. • Availability to work within U.S. time zones. • Preferred: Experience with contract management software or ERP systems. • Familiarity with compliance regulations and financial reporting standards. • Background in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus!
