📋 Description
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain audit-ready financial records • Handle general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and adjustments • Manage A/R, A/P, inventory, and payroll processes efficiently • Ensure accurate financial reporting and tax compliance (sales tax, payroll tax, etc.) • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis • Prepare financial reports and statements for management • Monitor cash flow and support financial planning • Maintain fixed asset reporting and schedules
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accountant, or similar role • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and tax compliance regulations • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple financial tasks in a fast-paced environment
