Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding plans for new customers • Guide clients through implementation steps • Deliver product training and education, including demos and basic system setup • Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues • Proactively identify and address customer needs and challenges • Track all client requests and progress • Actively participate in client calls, creating meeting minutes and tracking action items • Support Help Desk by triaging tickets, recreating issues, communicating with clients, and resolving concerns • Conduct UAT and production checks to ensure correct tenant setup • Configure basic specific product setups, including permissions, email notifications, and client data management • Lead and update documentation, knowledge base, guides, and how-to documents for clients • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to provide necessary support • Work closely with the Product team to communicate client feedback and help define priorities • Prepare weekly reports

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Presentation skills • Active listening • Quick learner • Effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities • JIRA/Confluence knowledge as a plus
