🎯 Requirements
• 3 to 4 years of relevant product design experience. • Experience working on consumer facing desktop and mobile products. • In-depth knowledge of Figma. • An excellent online portfolio. • Genuine passion for product design, tons of humility, openness to feedback and eagerness to get better, along with very good communication skills. • Working knowledge of using design systems. • A decent understanding of product and business goals, and knowledge to use them to inform decision making. • Some exposure to using data to make informed decisions. • Ability to question the status-quo. • A decent grasp on complementary skills like motion design, prototyping, illustrations, iconography and UX writing. • Good craft and attention to detail. • Good fundamentals. • Good breadth of thinking.
