📋 Description

• Responsible for projects and campaigns from conception through implementation • Ensure all projects and campaigns are completed on time, utilize proper resources, and stay within budget • Resource planning, budgeting, time management, and coordination between team members and client's expectations • Oversee and manage the workflow of creative design, paid advertising, social media, digital marketing, email campaigns, web design, video production, and more • Collaborate daily with internal teams to execute and refine multi-faceted marketing strategies • Manage project timelines, budgets, and scopes, assigning tasks to team members based on their expertise and availability • Meet with internal teams to understand project goals, requirements, and deliverables • Define and manage the project scope, including setting up project timelines, budgets, and milestones • Organize and lead project kickoff meetings to set expectations and establish responsibilities • Track project progress and identify potential roadblocks, implementing solutions to keep the project moving forward • Audit completed projects to ensure they meet quality standards and client requirements • Maintain clear and consistent communication between internal team members to facilitate project execution

🎯 Requirements

• Superior organizational, communication, analytical, and time management skills • Service-oriented, positive attitude towards clients and colleagues • 1-3 years of applied experience as a project manager or traffic coordinator in an agency environment • Strong writing skills are mandatory • ClickUp experience is a plus but not required
