📋 Description
• Responsible for overseeing day to day scheduling of events for multiple clients • Manage an applicant tracking system and calendar • Interaction, correspondence and scheduling candidates through multiple platforms • Contacting 100 candidates daily to yield a booked interview schedule • Review and qualify resumes, schedule preliminary interviews, onboarding • Manage time, multi-task and stay organized while adapting to different markets and clients across the US
