• Role: IT Strategy Consultant • Overview: • The IT Strategy Consultant will work with a multidisciplinary team of consultants to assist a government agency in developing a comprehensive strategic plan. This individual will focus on aligning the agency's information technology infrastructure, systems, and processes with its overarching strategic goals, ensuring technology enhances the agency's mission, operational efficiency, and public service delivery.

Requirements

• Education: Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in IT consulting, with a strong background in strategic planning, preferably within government or public sector institutions. Extensive experience in developing IT strategies for other government agencies is required. Experience working with a secretary of state's office is ideal. • Strategic Acumen: Proven track record of guiding government agencies through IT transformation initiatives that align with long-term organizational goals. • Collaboration Skills: Experience working with diverse teams, including stakeholders from various agency departments such as operations, finance, human resources, and public services. • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, non-technical manner to agency leadership and staff.
