📋 Description

• Optimal Dynamics is on a mission to automate and optimize the logistics industry through advanced analytics. • As a Solutions Engineer, you will lead complex solution implementations within logistics and transportation. • Drive successful deployment of decision-making platform, aligning solutions with customer goals. • Responsibilities include end-to-end deployment, platform configuration, testing, user training, and support. • Must be able to travel on-site up to 50% during project phases.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering or Logistics; • 3+ years of experience in asset-based carrier operations, logistics, or FreightTech deployment, including consulting and implementation. • Experience working with Sr Level IT and Operations personalities • Detail oriented and demonstrated ability to run multiple complex projects simultaneously • Strong oral & written communication skills with advanced presentation abilities. • Strong ability to quickly build trust with different levels of management. • High level of initiative and hustle. • Able to work independently, as the role will not be based out of an office.
