• Draft and prepare legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery requests. • Manage the discovery process, including drafting requests and organizing case documents. • Assist attorneys in preparing for trials by organizing exhibits and evidence. • Utilize Adobe PDF Editor for document editing and formatting. • Communicate and send case-related documents to attorneys and paralegals. • Use Clio to manage case information and track billable hours.
🎯 Requirements
• Basic experience in California Civil Litigation and Family Law. • Familiarity with Criminal Law is a plus. • Proficiency in Adobe PDF Editor for document management. • Experienced with Clio for case management and workflow tracking. • Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and legal software tools. • Excellent written communication skills. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines. • Keen attention to detail and ability to handle complex paperwork. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment without direct supervision.
