📋 Description

• A BeyondTrust Engineer operates independently to deliver success for Optiv + ClearShark’s customers. • Specializes in a capability aligned with service practices. • Executes tasks in a timely manner and communicates complexities to senior leadership. • Assists Associate and Level I Engineers with tasking. • Expected to lead technical discussions and provide troubleshooting support to clients. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction. • Engage in obtaining certifications and maintaining technical proficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently holds a Public Trust Clearance • Hold and maintain an industry security certification (Security+, CISSP, etc) • Experience operating in secured environments. • Bachelor’s degree in a related area or at least 6 years of related work experience. • Experience deploying and administering BeyondTrust Password Safe solution. • Experience integrating BeyondTrust Password Safe with existing 3rd party solutions. • Strong understanding of identity and access control technologies and methodologies • Strong understanding and experience in Unix and Linux operating systems • Initial understanding of leadership concepts and ideas. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. • Ability to clearly communicate complex messages to a variety of audiences. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. • Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
