β’ 3+ years of HR/People Operations experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (Tech, SaaS, or startups preferred). β’ Experience with scaling remote teams and managing global HR processes. β’ Familiarity with modern HR software (Deel, Lever, Lattice, etc.). β’ Strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a proven ability to build trust across all teams and job levels. β’ A storytelling approach to aligning HR initiatives with broader business goals.
