Description

• Engage with residents, promoting home improvement services and scheduling appointments for our sales team. • Conduct door-to-door canvassing in designated neighborhoods. • Effectively communicate the benefits of our home improvement solutions to potential customers. • Collect and record lead information accurately for follow-up. • Maintain a well-organized schedule and report daily activities to the supervisor. • Build positive relationships with potential customers, addressing their questions and concerns professionally. • Represent the company with a high level of integrity and customer service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in canvassing or sales is preferred but not required. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated and able to work independently. • Reliable transportation for canvassing activities. • Ability to adapt to different neighborhoods and customer demographics. • A customer-centric, friendly, and self-motivated attitude. • Desire to be a part of a growing and dynamic team environment. • Excellent communication skills both written and orally, with customers and office staff. • A highly persuasive, self-disciplined and honest work ethic. • A current, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
