📋 Description

• Support complex commercial projects, particularly large capex projects. • Negotiate and draft commercial contracts, including EPC contracts. • Leverage expertise in US government grant requirements. • Review, negotiate, and draft commercial agreements of all types. • Analyze contract risks and ensure compliance. • Develop and maintain business relationships with senior executive team members. • Create contract templates and participate in efficiency-improving projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree from an ABA accredited law school in the United States. • License to practice law in at least one state. • A minimum of 15 years of professional experience in the relevant areas described above. • Substantial experience working with EPC contracts and related project agreements, especially in projects that involve US government funding. • Strong government contracting experience, with preference for Department of Energy grant work. • Excellent contract drafting skills. • Superior analytical and organizational skills. • A willingness and ability to accept a high level of individual responsibility. • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. • A deep commitment to compliance with applicable law and regulation. • Ability to work autonomously as well as cross-functionally with other teams.
