β’ Dura-Line is seeking to hire an analytical & experienced remote Regional North American EHSS Manager (Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability) for our Western US and CAN facilities that will direct jurisdictional requirements on governance, company EHSS policy and standards, and oversee EHS initiatives within the United States and Canada. β’ This is a critical role that will design, develop, and implement location-specific EHSS programs, policies, and best management practices. β’ You will direct and guide corporate initiatives, processes, and goals within safety & health, environment, sustainability, and security at your designated manufacturing plants. β’ As a strategic and proactive leader, you will drive continuous compliance improvements across sites while advancing Orbia's ESG initiatives, reducing injuries, and supporting sustainability and ISO efforts. β’ As a subject matter expert with strong leadership and communication skills, you will travel to North American manufacturing sites to mentor and coach Site EHSS Managers and Specialists.
β’ Currently reside in the US/CAN, with the ability to travel to our manufacturing facilities in your designated region β’ 8+ years of hands-on experience overseeing, developing, implementing, and improving existing company EHSS programs, policies, systems, and processes to ensure governmental and company compliance and create new programs that drive EHS excellence β’ This role requires a bachelorβs degree in safety, environmental, engineering, business, or related discipline or equivalent hands-on EHSS work experience in an industrial/manufacturing work environment (relevant EHS certifications/training like GSP/ASP/CSP is preferred) β’ Must have basic knowledge of environmental & safety laws requirements within the United States and Canada to include ISO 14000, 9000, and 45000 experience β’ Must be aware of federal compliance OSHA/EPA and CCOHS/CEPA regulations and standards, SWPPP, EPCRA, EPA TIER II, basic industrial hygiene, conservation program, sustainability efforts, waste reduction β’ Must have strong project management experience, as you will lead EHS and sustainability teams regionally and manage/implement successful EHSS programs and initiatives
