📋 Description

• Woodard & Curran is a national engineering, science, and operations firm. • We are growing and have an opening for an Area Manager, focused on Water and Wastewater treatment projects. • Responsible for day-to-day operations and oversight of water, wastewater, and reclaimed water projects in New England, focusing on MA and NH. • You will plan, direct, and coordinate activities of multiple projects. • Ensure contracted scope of work and expectations are accomplished within timeframes and funding parameters. • Responsible for health and safety of all assigned employees and creating a safe workplace environment. • Comfort with public relations/public speaking is important in this role.

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree, or technical/vocational school background and operator certifications. • Minimum 15 years in municipal wastewater and water distribution/treatment or mechanical field, with previous management experience preferred. • Experience with contract operations, financial management, client management and development. • Previous training in general management, asset management and compliance management programs, human resources, financial management, and SCADA operations required. • Successful candidates must complete a background check, pre-placement physical and drug screen before employment.
