📋 Description

• The Safety Manager is a full-time member of the Design-Builder Team, solely responsible for overseeing worksite safety. • Implements, enforces, and maintains the safety program for both the Design-Builder and Subcontractors. • Ensures compliance with OSHA regulations, conducts safety training, and utilizes industrial hygiene equipment. • Investigates accidents, analyzes factors and accident causal data, and prepares reports of findings with recommendations. • Leads in the development of the Project Safety and Health Plan that reflects customer requirements and local regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with construction safety practices or in a similar safety role • 5+ years of experience with transit construction safety practices or in a similar safety role • Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance as required by government contract. • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. • Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
